Catering happens on your site using tables to serve the food. We typically do not move the food trailer from its normal place of business. Catering is a paid upfront service for the specific number of people you purchase food for.
(We do not provide buns to make sandwiches. We serve the meat in a traditional BBQ fashion of just meat and sides.)
