A $500 down payment to reserve a date for a catered event is due immediately to reserve the date and time is due now. This money will then be put towards your total price. If you cancel your event after the down payment has been paid, an additional $400 will be required to fully cancel your event. This brings the total cancellation fee to $900, no matter how far in advance you cancel.
